Usually, after the initial meeting, we will call you to inform you of the valuation we believe is correct for your property and the reasons for it. This valuation is included in a comprehensive sellers’ pack confirming all we have discussed. Any further questions you may have, we will be happy to answer.

We will arrange for professional photographs to be taken; create a floor plan and write a detailed description; once you have approved the photos and text, we display the information in our prominent office window and on the Property Cafe website, along with other major property portal sites, including Rightmove and Zoopla, and Facebook and Twitter, to give your property the best exposure and coverage throughout the UK and abroad. The team will communicate with our registered buyers and search agents to make them aware of this exciting new instruction.

All offers that come via Property Cafe will be communicated to you by telephone as well as in writing by a member of the Property Cafe team. Once an offer has been accepted, we will work with all parties to exchange and complete contracts as soon as possible.
