  • "I am responsible for coordinating and managing all block management services and maintenance contracts and for communicating with clients and leaseholders in line with the contracted management agreements in our portfolio. In the day to day running of a site/block, I am the first point of contact when any issues arise. Having worked in different areas of the property business over the last 11 years, I have built up a great understanding of many of the issues faced on a day-to-day basis by our clients and how to deal with them. As you can imagine this is ever changing and I find it fascinating to deal with different cases, this keeps me on my toes from day to day.   "

On a personal level I still enjoy the day to day activities of estate agency but have become more of a behind the scenes player these days taking care of the administration of the company, although recently I have become heavily involved in our Block Management division with plans to grow this aspect of our business like we have our lettings service.
