"I am responsible for coordinating and managing all block management services and maintenance contracts and for communicating with clients and leaseholders in line with the contracted management agreements in our portfolio. In the day to day running of a site/block, I am the first point of contact when any issues arise. Having worked in different areas of the property business over the last 11 years, I have built up a great understanding of many of the issues faced on a day-to-day basis by our clients and how to deal with them. At The property Cafe we believe that a modern, proactive approach whilst maintaining great customer service and having a sympathetic understanding of what your clients need are key to being successful in Property Management".
"Having started my career in lettings back in 2009, I studied to get my ARLA exams and have gained a Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management. I feel my strongest aspect is within accounts and in the legal department, I have gained extensive experience in credit control and work intensively alongside landlords to ensure all the legal aspect of tenancies are correct. As you can imagine this is ever changing and I find it fascinating to deal with different cases, this keeps me on my toes from day to day. "

"Having worked for a large Independent agent for many years I felt the time was right to open my own estate agency. Along with my good friend and co-founder, Darran Cohen, that dream became a reality in 2006 when we opened The Property Cafe. Our aim was to make estate agency more transparent more relaxed and take the stress away from our clients. We soon established ourselves as the go to agent in town and continue to do so today. On a personal level I still enjoy the day to day activities of estate agency but have become more of a behind the scenes player these days taking care of the administration of the company, although recently I have become heavily involved in our Block Management division with plans to grow this aspect of our business like we have our lettings service.
