I have worked as an estate agent now for nearly 30 years and honestly loved every minute. (Well nearly every minute).  Over the years I have had the opportunity being able to assist thousands of clients move home and along with the day running of the office I head up the valuing side of the business and I always strive to achieve the best possible selling price for my clients.

Along with my Co Director and great friend Scott White ‘The Property Cafe’ was designed to offer an exciting alternative way to buy and sell. Since opening in 2006 we have continued to develop and grow the business adjusting to the market conditions accordingly and now offer a complete all-round service. I set up the Property Cafe with my good friend Darran Cohen way back in 2005. Our aim was to freshen up the industry by making the whole moving experience a more enjoyable one.

With almost 5 years experience in estate agency in all levels of the industry I now work as the Sales Manager for our Bexhill Office.

My role is front end business generation, looking to grow market share, communicate our companies culture, ensure the customer experience is second to none and of course enable our clients to move home successfully.

In an ever changing market I place emphasis on outstanding communication, commitment to the role and in-depth local knowledge.

After working for years in customer facing roles, I decided to challenge myself within the property market business. Adapting very quickly to changes that we face on a daily basis within the industry, I love the fast pace environment it provides. Introducing clients at the beginning of their property search through to their sales progression is extremely rewarding to say the least.

My ultimate aim is to eliminate the stressful time buying and selling a home may entail, keeping everyone informed every step of the way.

Ensuring all of our clients old and new are contacted on a regular basis is a commitment I provide in this ever changing market we are faced with.

I’ve always known that I wanted a career in the sales industry. Having worked in the industry for some time now, I was granted the opportunity to join our fast paced lettings department as the Maintenance Manager.

My role in the business is to take care of all maintenance issues with the properties we manage including the arranging of Gas And Electrical Certificates.

I’m a fresh face at Property Café having joined the company in 2023. I’ve come from a high paced customer service environment so I have an abundance of experience working with all backgrounds of people.

I have always wanted to be involved in the property industry so when the position opened up as a property inspector, I took the leap and I’ve loved every minute of it since.

It’s my privilege to inform our landlords just how perfect our tenants have left their property and I also make sure that the tenants keep their property in tip top condition during their tenancy too.

I’ve wanted to work in the letting industry for as long as I can remember and when the opportunity came to work for Property Cafe, I grabbed it with both hands.

My role within the company is to assist both landlords and tenants with their journey leading up to their move in day. Handing over those keys on move in day is a great feeling and never gets old. I am here to assist you with any queries you may have to make sure your move goes as smoothly as possible.
