I have worked as an estate agent now for nearly 30 years and honestly loved every minute. (Well nearly every minute). Over the years I have had the opportunity being able to assist thousands of clients move home and along with the day running of the office I head up the valuing side of the business and I always strive to achieve the best possible selling price for my clients.
Along with my Co Director and great friend Scott White ‘The Property Cafe’ was designed to offer an exciting alternative way to buy and sell. Since opening in 2006 we have continued to develop and grow the business adjusting to the market conditions accordingly and now offer a complete all-round service. We have built our lettings department from the early days of a handful of properties to looking after the largest managed stock in Bexhill. This has given us experience of dealing will all manner of situations – dealing with serious situations such as possession orders and urgent maintenance after severe weather to the downright bizarre of the hamster stuck under the floorboards!

With almost 5 years experience in estate agency in all levels of the industry I now work as the Sales Manager for our Bexhill Office.
The Property Cafe works in all sectors of the market and we have made it our mission to quickly become clear market leaders in the town as the most trusted estate agency brand in the area. My role is front end business generation, looking to grow market share, communicate our companies culture, ensure the customer experience is second to none and of course enable our clients to move home successfully.
In an ever changing market I place emphasis on outstanding communication, commitment to the role and in-depth local knowledge.

After working for years in customer facing roles, I decided to challenge myself within the property market business. Adapting very quickly to changes that we face on a daily basis within the industry, I love the fast pace environment it provides. Introducing clients at the beginning of their property search through to their sales progression is extremely rewarding to say the least.
My ultimate aim is to eliminate the stressful time buying and selling a home may entail, keeping everyone informed every step of the way.

I have always wanted to be involved in the property industry so when the position opened up as a property inspector, I took the leap and I’ve loved every minute of it since.

In this role, I help ensure that the business remains fully compliant with industry regulations and internal procedures. I take pride in maintaining accurate records, supporting the team with up-to-date compliance checks, and helping the company operate to the highest professional standards.
