Property Cafe opened its door in 2006 and quickly became established as one of Bexhill’s leading estate agents. Quickly there after we grew to offer both a lettings service and Block management. Whilst block managemnt is now look after by our sister company Findleys of Cooden, our lettings department has become the number 1 choice for most landlords and tenants in Bexhill.
We don’t claim to “be the best estate agents in the world” or that “we are different from all the rest”. Estate agency is a people’s business so we know the importance of listening and understanding the needs of our clients. Not everyone wants to sell there house in 5 minutes, not everyone is comfortable doing their own viewings. Everyone is different so we will adapt our service to suit your needs and your time scale.

We offer an independent assessment of your property by one of our trained and experienced ARLA Qualified members of staff. This is free of charge, with absolutely no obligation.
We will visit the property and advise you of any work required to meet regulatory requirements.
We also offer advice on any other actions you need to take before you let your property, including necessary repairs or refurbishments needed.
It’s important that you set a rent that is competitively priced, fair and achievable. Using our extensive knowledge of the local rental market, we will assess how much your property could fetch in the current climate. Our rental valuation will take into consideration the location, size, standard and general condition of the property, whether it be furnished, part furnished or unfurnished.
During the assessment, we will be happy to discuss the lettings process at length with you and answer any of your questions. If you are a first-time landlord you will have plenty of opportunities to find out what is involved in letting residential property.
